The boxing training regimen includes many intense and healthy exercises such as rope jumping, running, skipping, promotes the mastery of mobility and footwork, all the while including excellent practice for eye-to-hand coordination.
Boxing is a great way to provide the youth population with essential skills that benefit aspects of their development, inside and outside of the ring.
Our Youth boxing will include shadow boxing, footwork, coach to athlete technique, mobility, and occasional light heavy bag work.
